I provide a unique blend of psychotherapy and mind/body awareness to help you find more balance, flow, and happiness in your life. My approach is experiential, integrative and multicultural.

My primary modality is Somatic Experiencing ®, a body-based modality that focuses on helping the autonomic nervous system return to ease and regulation after stressful or traumatic experiences. Most of us find that attuned contact with the relatively well-regulated nervous system of a practitioner helps us to settle back into a rhythmic natural ease that is all of our birthright. This underpins all of our work together. We might also include AEDP, CBT, and Relational psychodynamic approaches as well, all guided by the ways your particular system responds to life's challenges.
